Founded in 2009 by a family of caregivers, Serene Haven began with a simple belief — our elders deserve their golden years filled with love, dignity and joy. Today, our 2-acre garden home cares for 60+ elders with a devoted team of 40.

We answer with an open heart.
Every room has an emergency call bell connected to the nurses' station, staffed 24×7. Our on-call doctor reaches within 15 minutes, and we have tie-ups with two multi-speciality hospitals 10 minutes away. An ambulance is on retainer.
Absolutely — families are welcome every day from 9am to 8pm, and longer stays during festivals or special occasions are encouraged. Many residents alternate between home and Serene Haven; we're an extension of your family, not a replacement.
Yes. We offer a 7-day or 15-day trial stay at a prorated fee so your loved one can experience life here — the food, friends, activities and care — before making a decision. Most trial guests choose to stay!
Our in-house kitchen serves fresh, home-style vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals (on request). A dietician customises menus for diabetes, hypertension, renal diets and swallowing difficulties. Family recipes are welcome — our chefs love recreating them.
Every family gets a dedicated care coordinator on WhatsApp. You'll receive daily photos, weekly video-call slots with your parent, and a detailed monthly wellness report covering health, meals, activities and mood.
